I am so saddened to hear of your family's loss. One of my best days to date is still the day Bill played host, tour guide, and storyteller as we did Bike the Drive, sailed Lake Michigan, and enjoyed Chicago on my visit in 2011 with David and Cheryl. My heartfelt thoughts are with you through this difficult time. Naomi Kawase (Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Canada)
