Proud grandfather of Marley, Dylan, Sienna and Izzy. Dear brother of Ira (Evy) Applebaum and Raymond (Ellace) Applebaum. Dearest Lily Lolo and Jess,
Neil and I as well as Jacob Nikki and Romy are feeling the sadness and huge loss of Stephen. His warm smile his humour his witt his genuine interest in Neil’s work and the way he loved his family made him an incredible guy in our books. Stephen has been a great friend and collaborator in the insurance industry with me for over 20 years --- and will sorely missed! His energy, insights, and ideas were always inspiring and challenged the norm. His passing is such a shock -- but know that he was so admired within the industry and by many of us who got to know him personally over the years. My heart goes out to you all at this time. Jer and I are so incredibly sorry for your loss. I loved seeing both Stephen and Lily on my front steps every visit to Montreal and coming to all the family events we shouldn’t have been at.
