Beloved husband of Dr. Amy Shevitz. Devoted father of Miriam Samuelson. Fond cousin of Rochelle Zimberg and Harvey Zimberg of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Service Thursday 12PM at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 8851 Skokie Blvd, (at Niles Center Road), Skokie. Interment private. Amy, we were sad to hear of Norbert's passing. He was one of my heroes. He taught me a lot and we enjoyed visiting with him and you at Beth Sholom. May his memory be a blessing Jeff and Anne Hoodin.

Dear Amy,
