My sincerest condolences to Evie and the entire Levin family. Jerry was a Past-President of Temple Beth-El. But he represented decades of service, support and dedication. Maybe more important, he and Evie represented decades of friendship between them, my late wife Lily, and me. I will miss him.

Jerry was a true Mensch. Evi! Mary and I always enjoyed Jerry's deep knowledge of Chicago's Jewish History and the details of buildings throughout Chicagoland with Jewish historical significance. I am so happy that Jerry, Fred and I had the opportunity to together spend some time , recently on excursions to both the west and south sides. We all particularly enjoyed reminiscing about our South Shore days. May Jerry's Memory Forever Be a Blessing.

Dearest Levin Family -
My heart hurts for all of you. I met Jerold and the tender age of 19 when Daniel and I drove down to meet his family after our engagement. The memory I will always keep of Jerold is over the 50 years I knew him, was his joy of always giving Daniel and I driving directions and interesting points of interest. He loved to tell which way to go and which turns to take and what area to avoid. May his memory be a blessing. Much love to all, Gloria
