Sanford "Sandy" Eckerling, age 78, beloved husband of Adrienne for 49 years. Loving father of Heather Mandel and Sara (Jason) Greenberg. Proud grandfather of Ashley and Elyse Mandel, Max and Zachary Greenberg. Dear son of the late Max and Rose and brother of the late Allen. Fond uncle of Mara, Mala, Mia, Brian, Larry, Stephanie, David, Gillian and Danny and brother-in-law of Neal (Fran) Wishnick and Barbara (Ray) Rosenberg. Graveside service Wednesday, 2PM at Zion Gardens (Section K), 6758 W. Addison, Chicago.
