Condolences for my cousin Jeanette. I remember fondly seeing her play professional women's softball.
She was very talented in many things, and played the violin magnificently.

How could I have know that a girl named Jeanette who was born in 1922, six months after me, would have become such a very important part of my life. From the beginning, our friendship continued to grow deeper and closer, whether we were near or far depending on where our paths had taken us. She had a great sense of humor, good advice and always had the ability to bring joy to any situation and put a smile on any face. She will always be a gift in my life that I will treasure forever along with the memories of our many years together. Shalom Jeanette - though you will be missed, never forgotten.

Mom. Although mother-in-law was the most appropriate title, she was always Mom to me. I met her and the entire family at sixteen when I started dating Ken. I was immediately loved and accepted and five years later officially a Wayne. Nine and a half years later, and three beautiful baby girls later, our marriage was over. But not the special love I had with my in-laws. Mom let me know that she and Dad had never divorced me, and never would. I used to delight in talking on the phone with Mom, and marveled at what a brilliant, talented and devoted miracle was embodied in this small women. I will miss her and treasure her memory.
