OBITUARY

Jack S. Wise, age 88.
Beloved husband of the late Sandra Wise, nee Bluver. Loving father of Jodie (Bob) Wasikowski and Marcy (the late Keith) Fowler. Cherished grandfather of Jeffrey (Rachel) Wasikowski, Nicole Navarro, Gregory (Sydney) Wasikowski, Carly (T.J.) Fernandez and Jessica Benson. Proud great grandfather of Nathan and Kira Wasikowski and Juliet Navarro. Dear brother of the late Richard (Susan) Wise. Will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends as well as long-time companion, Barbara Deutsch. Service Monday 2PM at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 195 North Buffalo Grove Road, Buffalo Grove. (One block North of Lake Cook Road.) Interment Shalom. Following the interment, family and friends are invited to share in a celebration of Jack’s life at Continental restaurant (788 S Buffalo Grove Rd, Buffalo Grove, IL). Please bring your fondest memories of Jack to share with his family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to an animal shelter or rescue organization of your choice or to the Alzheimer’s Association, 8430 W.
