May 24, 2023. Husband of the late Anita. Father of Shalom (Sarit) Abowitz, Andrew Abowitz, Robert Abowitz (Kathleen Knight Abowitz) and Allison (Evan) Sasson. Brother of Sandra (late Joseph) Smaul, also survived by 14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
