Proud grandfather of Avichai, Batya, Roi, Avrumi and Dina. Dear brother of Ed (Laura) Levitan and the late Daniel (Eilat) Levitan. Cherished son in law of Bette (the late Art) Anderson. Very sad to hear about Arnold’s passing, he will be missed. He introduced me to Chicago-style pizzas sooo many years ago, and I’m very grateful for that. I will always think of him whenever I eat or think about deep-dish pizza, which was my favorite. May Arnold rest in shalom!

I'm a childhood friend of Arnie's niece, Talia. When their beloved Daniel passed last year, I attended shiva at Arnie and Janice's home. The shiva fell just before the start of Purim, and I will never forget how Arnie and Janice greeted me at the door, in the midst of so much grief, in full pirate garb and with welcoming smiles. I talked to Arnie all afternoon and was so moved by his stories, inquisitiveness, and pathos. May his memory be a blessing.

Arnold, my wonderful brother-in-law.! You were always so warm and loving toward every member of our family. You had a special way of
befriending every member of our extended family and finding a way to relate to them either by shared sport activities or music events, You were always so proud of your wife, your children and your grandchildren. You will be greatly missed. I keep thinking of my late husband Dr. Daniel Levitan. How much he loved you, his younger brother.The very special relationship that the two of you had. I do not recall any fights between the two of you during 47 years I shared with your brother.

Arnie was an absolutely beautiful person. Whenever I met him he was always so welcoming and seemed to have special joy to see me and share a little time together. I respected him greatly. I can’t believe he is gone. He will be missed by many. Our whole family (Michael, Abby, Daniel, Aaron) is saddened by the loss and we send our love to you.

I am so shocked at learning of Arnie's passing. I meet Arnie many years ago through our employment at Delco Electronic/Delphi Automotive Systems in Kokomo, IN. We interfaced often through our work assignments. I respected Arnie as a fantastic person. He was great as a fellow employee and a good friend. God bless your soul. Rest in peace, Arnie.
