Randy restores my faith that there are truly good people as landlords in the real estate game . Always stopped by with cookies or candy and a nice HELLO ... so saddened by this had no idea .... wish I had one more day to tell him how much I appreciated him ð??¢

Randy was always such a kind person. He always had a smile and a warm hello. When I would run into him at the store he always asked how the family was. I loved being at baseball with him when the kids were young. Such a good heart. He will be missed. Love to your family at such a difficult time. Our hearts are with you and we will embrace his memory.Erica And Larry Neems

My condolences to the entire Wells extended family. Even though Randy has been my customer for almost 20 years, I will always consider you as a cherished friend. You were a great person and will be missed. Rest in peace.

Randy was a truly kind soul who cared deeply. I first met Randy negotiating a commercial lease, I knew from our first discussion what a genuine person he was. Randy was generous enough to allow my children to hold an annual fundraiser for Alzheimer's at the strip mall. Of course Randy being Randy he also had to donate to the cause and even drive out to allow them to wash his car. He was generous beyond words. In addition to being generous he was also a straightforward and honest businessman. I will miss our radom and always jovial interactions! My condolences to Maureen, his family, and all those touched by him. He was a special man!

Randy was one of those rare souls that was always seemed to look out for the other guy. His warm heart, constant smile and kindness has forever enriched the lives of everyone he touched

Randy was without question "The Leader of the Band". He seemed to intuitively understand that your significance is measured by every act of integrity, compassion, courage, or sacrifice that enriched, empowered or encouraged others. A landlord that his tenants loved and respected, how does that happen?
Living a life that matters doesn't happen by accident.
Bravo, my friend.
