Marty
I am so sorry for your loss. I only had the opportunity to meet your wife once at a Linked Together event.
I found her to be as impressive as her awesome husband. May her memory always be a blessing.

My heart is broken for the loss of our dearest Bev. Both of my children, Andrew and Jori are grieving for the best teacher they ever had. Bev and I shared so many wonderful times, both personally and as teachers in District 96. My husband, z l and I were honored to be invited to the boys' weddings, as Bev, z"l and Marty were at Andy's Bar Mitzvah. Humanity has suffered a huge loss. Bev was one of a kind and in so many ways. She will always share a special place in our hearts. Baruch Dayan Ha'Emet. All our love and prayers to Marty, the boys, and Bev's entire family. All our love, Linda, Andrew, and Jori Block

Marc and l are so sorry for your tremendous loss. We are sending most sincere condolences. I have always admired Bev as a most creative and enthusiastic teacher and her incredible Space Shuttle Spaceship in the gym at Twin Groves. She found the gift in every child she taught. And they are better people because of Bev. I was honored to help campaign for her in BG. And l was so proud to have her as my Mayor. I learned so much more about her today in your beautiful tributes ... her generosity with your young friends, with everyone she met , and her community. I so admire the lifelong learning she did, whether about Judaism or education. The world lost a champion, leader and true mentor. Our thoughts are with you all.
