I was deeply Saddened to learn of SHELLI's passing. What a huge and painful loss for her family and all who loved her. Shelli and I met in 1991 at Loyola University in Chicago. We were dear friends and loved one block from one another in the Gold Coast. We saw one another daily and made many memories. Shelli and I drive a 12 foot Uhaul from Chicago in 1994 from Chicago to San Francisco in 1994. She helped me move into my new apartment there. We experienced quite the road trip together; stopping in Vail Colorado and Las Vegas. SHELLI's sharp mind, iconic wit and humor were like no other. She was a beautiful human inside and out. I will always love her.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I have such fond memories of growing up across the street from Shelli in Michigan. My prayers and thoughts are with all her of her loved ones. May her memory be a blessing and may she rest peacefully.

I have wonderful memories of "boy-girl" parties and sleeping at Shelli's house in middle school. I am lucky to have been able to grow up with such a charismatic, funny, and brilliant person. I know she was a very respected lawyer, an incredible mom, and a loyal friend. She is beautiful inside and out and will be missed dearly. Sending deepfelt condolences and love.

Dear Max, Charlie and entire family,

Shelli was just the best. I was lucky to know her and work with her here at District 207. She was always poised and focused and just a truly wonderful person.

Sincerely

I knew Shelli since 1998 when I interviewed her for an associate position at Franczek. I was so impressed with her poise and smarts, and my admiration only grew in the following decades as I worked with her and she became my partner in the firm. I can't imagine the loss her family is feeling, and even though I have retired I know that her Franczek family is also feeling that loss deeply. She was a beautiful person in so many ways, and we were all fortunate to have had her in our lives, even if it was for too short a time. Rest in eternal peace, dear Shelli.
