Shurlee "Ma" Oman nee Satt, age 97.
Devoted daughter of the late Samuel and the late Rose Satt. Beloved wife for 69 years of the late Mort E. Oman. Loving mother of Barbara (Bruce) Scher, Peter Oman, and Allison (Daniel) Marder. Proud grandmother of Heidi (Edward) Pevos, Robyn (Chris “Sunny”) Edwards, Nicki Marder and Abby Marder. Adored great grandmother of Cooper Edwards. Dear sister of the late William (the late Joan) Satt. Gratitude to the kind and caring staff at Arden Courts of Northbrook. Aunt Shurlee has been a significant part of my life since I was born, as her & Uncle Mort and my parents were best friends. When my mom passed away, Aunt Shurlee was the person who stepped up to help my dad when he needed support, even though she was grieving the loss of her friend and had her own family to take care of. She was the first and only person I would call if I needed anything. She was our rock. I will miss her so much - her outrageous laugh, her great stories from the past,, but above all, her love. ❤️

My heart goes out to the family. I hope all of the wonderful memories you have will help you to get through this sad time. ❌⭕️
