OBITUARY

Sandra H. Aronin
September 15, 1942 – May 22, 2025

Sandra H. Aronin, lovingly known as Sandy, brought warmth, joy, and laughter into every room she entered. Her radiant smile and generous heart touched all who knew her.

Her family describes her best with a profound phrase: she had unconditional love and was fully present for everyone in her life. She lived each moment with intention and compassion, always putting others first. Everyone had nice things to say about Sandy.

She worked her entire life always wanting to contribute and make a positive impact on others. Sandy always worked with people, building friendships wherever she was. She continued with university studies even as an adult and worked with care and purpose until she was 80 years old.

Sandy’s life was a masterclass in love, resilience, and family devotion. She was a role model to her children and grandchildren, teaching them to work hard, to cherish relationships, and to always support one another.

Sandy is survived by her beloved children: Jeff Aronin (Lisa), Kevin Aronin (Robyn), and Greg Aronin (Alana); and by her treasured grandchildren: Ashley, Manya, Emily, Lexi, Isabel, Eleanor, and Isaac. Sandy is also survived by her brother, Dr. Michael Rabinoff, and a wide circle of family and friends who will carry her memory in their hearts.

In honor of Sandy’s beautiful life, we invite you to make someone smile today.

As a teenage, I spent a lot of time at the Aronin's house. Sandy was always so welcoming and sharing, engaging me in conversation and listening deeply. She treated me as a 4th son in their household. I often hear "look what the wind blew in!" Rest in peace, Sandy, you will alway be in my heart.
