Remembering Bud and Rae’s friendship with my parents dating back to their days at UI, and our many discussions about UI athletics. He always had his trademark smile for me and we shared a lot of laughs.

Bud was a great guy, a Mench. He was a friend, supported me as a member of the East Maine Dist 63 school board and offered his constructive criticism. The Bugle was a part of of our life . Bud supplied this inside "dope" on the goings-on in the villages of Morton Grove and Niles. I'm grateful to have known him. My condolences to all his family. The Memory of a Good Person is a Blessing
