Her friendship goes back 25 years. We all have such beautiful memories of Abby. My mother used to say, we live on in the hearts and minds of those who remember us fondly” May her memory be for a blessing

I had the pleasure of knowing Abbie through the Keshet Sunday School and related activities. My brother Ted Frisch continues to benefit from the warmth and vision she brought to Keshet and that she shared with our family. May her blessing be for a memory.

We were so sorry to hear about the tragic loss of Abbie. She was a special person to our family because she hired all three of my kids and gave them glowing recommendations when asked. She was beautiful from the inside out. May her memory forever be a blessing.

Our son Shmuel rose through the Keshet system alongside Abbie's career. A true ray of sunshine, lighting up so many lives. Even as she travelled the world as a Keshet Ambassador, we felt her rooted in the individual lives of the Keshet community. May you Mitchell and your wonderful daughters find comfort among the mourners of Zion and Yerushalayim. Baruch Dayan HaEmet.

Dear Mitch, Zoie, Shayna, and Sophia,

We are heartbroken for all of you; your mother was kind, smart, directed and her beauty was an added bonus! Abbie was a superior role model for her daughters and those who were fortunate to have her in their lives. We will miss Abbie and only wish that she was here to enjoy her growing family; she was a blessing to our family as well.

Love,

Abbie was a passionate leader who leaves an incredible legacy of young people, adults and families who were touched by her work and leadership of Keshet. The world is left better for her work and her life that ended much too soon. May her memory be a blessing. -The Board and Staff of the Julian Grace Foundation

I am sorry beyond words at the passing of Abbie. I have known Abbie since I was in college. I was a preschool teacher to two of her beloved girls. She attended my wedding. We taught together at Keshet Sunday School, where she would wait patiently weekly for a funny story about her girls. She was my supervisor at Keshet day camp, and was an amazingly wonderful CEO at Keshet. Abbie was a mentor and friend. She taught me so much and she will be missed! Love and kisses to you all!!! So, so, so , sorry for your loss!

There are no words to express how much Abbie & the Weisberg family has meant to us over the years. Rick has known the Hoffman family longer than he's known me through his friendship with Laurie. I remember the first time I met Abbie at her mother's shiva. Funny how fate steps in just when we needed it. Seeing Abbie at Keshet as our little Michelle (then 7 yrs old) was about to start at the day school & Sunday schools. Abbie made sure that Keshet was there for Michelle & the rest of our family every step of the way. No obstacle got in the way. Together, she always figured out how to make "it" work (whatever "it" was at the time). Abbie touched so many lives & will never be forgotten. It's clear that Abbie & Mitch instilled a strong sense of Tikkun Olam in their girls. Abbie's message of inclusion will live on. May her memory be for a blessing.
