Sandor Lewis Grossman arrived in Corpus Christi on April 13, 1966 and departed this life on Thursday, March 28, 2018. He graduated from Richard King High School in 1984 and then earned his B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin. Sandor worked for the Travis County District Attorneyâ??s Office while he applied to law schools around the country. The accomplished goal to attain his law degree relocated him to Chicago, Illinois, where he made the Windy City his primary residence from 1992 until his untimely passing.
In 1996, Sandor received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Master of Law (LL.M.) in Federal Tax Law from The John Marshall Law School. Many personal sacrifices were made to obtain his esteemed education, and he prided himself for working multiple jobs as he reached his aspiration of becoming a lawyer.
Sandorâ??s dynamic profession sent him abroad and he experienced a fast-paced, successful career. A brilliant and ambitious man, Sandor met all the high expectations he set upon himself. His impeccable taste for the finer things in life and his passion for the arts never went unnoticed. He enjoyed several hobbies including travel, the great outdoors, cycling, marathons, and music.
Sandor is preceded in death by his beloved mother, Lois Rosen Grossman (June 11, 1934 â?? March 10, 1977). He is survived by his parents, Dr. Maurice and Karen Grossman, and his two siblings, Daryl Grossman and Carla Grossman Ross. Many family members and friends will miss Sandor Grossman, Esquire.
