Our most sincere condolences to the family and friends of Dr. Alvin Galinsky from the students, faculty and alumni of Duquesne University School of Pharmacy. He was instrumental in forming the careers of some many pharmacists and pharmaceutical scientists. We wish you peace.

Our deepest condolences to the Galinsky family. Al was a colleague for over 50 years starting as a lab partner at the University of Illinois College of Pharmacy where we both earned the PhD degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. Al was one of several doctorates eventually hired by Duquesne University School of Pharmacy and I believe I am the last living of that group: Mitchell Borke, Ken Liska, John Adams, Al and myself. Al distinguished himself as a teacher and research worker in Pharmacy, holding a patent on a special form of insulin delivery. He will definitely be missed. Peace.
