Beloved husband of Michelle nee Cipinko. Loving father of Mollie and Phoebe. Devoted son of the late Samuel and the late Judith Block and son-in-law of Jack Cipinko and Arleen Dorman. Dear brother of Hal (Evita) Block, Jef (Felice) Block and Michelle (Ken) Doody. Fond brother-in-law of Gary (Chantelle) Cipinko. Cherished uncle of many. My condolences to his family, whom he loved very dearly, and always spoke very highly of. I knew Alan, from his legal representation of a former employer. Alan was an honest, knowledgeable and fair attorney, who provided clarity and full assistance to his clients. He treated everyone fairly, and was a true gentleman. He also loved a good joke. We have truly lost a person who provided an example of how to live as an all around good human being. Alan, you will be missed!

My condolences. Alan was a wonderful person. I worked with Alan for many years and he always tried to do the right thing; he was so very kind and considerate and had a wonderful sense of humor. I will miss him. He was one of the good guys:)
