Dear Allan,

Mark and I are so very sorry to hear about Marlene. I spoke with her two weeks ago and she was so happy to finally be out of the hospital and back home with you. It is hard to believe she is gone, but her amazing spirit and strength and capacity for love will always be a permanent reminder of her, so she is never far away. She will be with you forever. We love you both so much. Please let us know if there is anything we can do. Our love and deepest sympathy, Bonnie and Mark
