OBITUARY

Janelle F. Markovitz, age 69, nee Fritz. Beloved wife of Myron "Mike" Markovitz.
Sister of James (Linda) Fritz. Mrs. Markovitz was a dedicated wife and devoted herself to children with learning and language disabilities. She was the facilitator of special education within school districts 63 and 64 in Des Plaines, Park Ridge and Niles. Service Wednesday 2 PM at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Road (One block north of Lake Cook Road) Buffalo Grove. Interment Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Robert H. I very much liked Jan. She was a lovely and good person. She was thoughtful about the words she used both for their content and for their impact on people. Usually gentle, she could be firm when need be. And, she cared so much about her students. So much to lose.
