Moishe's works have accompanied me my whole adult life. I owe his keen insights, and unrelenting critical thought very much. He was truly a teacher the whole world over. What a wise and humane man we've lost!

Moishe's father and my father were 1st cousins, making Moishe a second cousin. He came to the Yeshiva in Skokie in 1858/9. He was always a good looking, fine and intelligent person. I only saw him a few times after I was married, and most recently with Benjamin in Israel, where I live. May his memory be blessed.
