Phoebe Jacobson

Chicago Jewish Funerals and the Jacobson family mourn the loss and celebrate the life of the most wonderful dog in the world, Phoebe Jacobson.

Phoebe was an extremely special soul who touched the lives of many. She served with pride and calmness of spirit as the CJF therapy dog and comforted many at funerals of their loved ones. She enjoyed spending time with the wonderful residents at Lieberman and hosting Bingo. She brought her family together by providing endless love, inspiration and snuggles in the best and worst of times. She brought energy and light to her home, her neighborhood, and everyone who met her.

In her almost 18 years of life, Phoebe attended family simchas around the world, always attended Shabbat and holiday dinners on a lap at the table and enjoyed many a beach.

Phoebe’s special energy and kind disposition were a gift to this world that are already deeply missed.
