Iosif was a wonderful, funny, and brilliant man. I enjoyed working with him, and I really enjoyed getting to talk to him outside of work at various gatherings with friends. His very bright and informed perspectives on the world and on history did a lot to help me understand things from an other than textbook "American" viewpoint. He will be missed, my thoughts and prayers are with his family and his children today.

Iosif was an amazing person! I loved sitting outside of his office. He had an amazing perspective on life & I learned much in my short time working with him. He was a intelligent man with a set of skills that not many could possess. I will always hold the many memories of Iosif close to my heart. Truly he will be missed. I pray for comfort and healing for his family in their time of mourning.
