Jack was a kind and sweet Mensch. He always had a positive outlook and I never heard a mean thought from him. He was always a gentleman.

May his memory always be an inspiration, and a blessing for all those who knew him.

Jack was an amazing man and coworker. We worked together for 22 years in the same clinic. He was outstanding and brillant in his role as an optometrist and loved to pass his knowledge onto others in the clinic, always reaching out to others. He will be sorely missed. Prayers to the family

Jack was always a great family friend and amazing Optometrist. He once saw my husband on his day off because of an eye injury and never sent us a bill. He also drove me to my wedding because his car was the only one that could accommodate my dress! I know he is dearly missed.

Jack was my step-brother and friend for the last 35 years. While we lived in different parts of the country, we didn't spend much time together, but stayed in touch either by email or phone. I now regret that we didn't have more contact these past few years. He was the last of all my siblings. If you knew Jack, there's nothing I can say that you don't already know about him. We always got along just great. I'm really at a loss for words now.

My entry is very late due to my current situation. I’m in the Philippines visiting my little sister. I am having a hard time taking this, because my husband and I stayed with him for a short time at his home just for company. I definitely enjoyed our tv time watching all types of fighter aircrafts. Jack was responsible for influencing my daughter in becoming an Optometrist. I will miss him so much.
