I am so very sorry for your loss!
Linda and Steve were literally my next-door neighbors for 15 years when they lived on Aspen Lane in Highland Park.
They were wonderful neighbors (couldn't have asked for better!!! ) And friends.
I will never forget Linda snd Steve's huge holiday parties which were always exceptional. So much food! And just great hosts.
They were Always there if I ever needed anything.
Linda will be missed very much.

I am just so sad to learn of this news. It is so hard to fathom it is real. I think of so many memories from the pool on Kimball to backyard on Aspen Lane, Goodman Theater nights, Camp Thunderbird, huge parties and quiet talks - she cared so much about so many, and still made you feel like you were the only person in the room. I can hear her saying "Hi Em". She will be forever missed. Sending peace and comfort to Fleishers and Randalls and all who loved her. xoxo

Your family and all of us have lost a treasure of a human being. In my deepest of heartfelt places, I loved and admired cousin Linda. If you think of every adjective that describes the best person you could know, Linda exhibited that trait. Linda was pure love in everything she did and said. Knowing and sharing our friendship enhanced my life and, at times, saved it. Her open arms and open home welcomed me and so many others through a crisis or just good times. It could be water skiing on the Kankakee River or the cottage in Union Pier; times together in Aspen and Snowmass Village; catching up in Highland Park or on the phone every moment with Linda was a joy. Linda made the world a better place. She will forever be loved and appreciated in my heart as well as everyone who ever knew her.

Dear family and friends,

I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to visit with Linda, Steve and Jodi last month. I first met Linda in Chicago when she was dating Ron and I felt she was already a part of my family. When Steve entered her life, I was not surprised that he had that same sense of kindness. Linda will be missed by me and remembered in my heart just as much as as anyone who had the good fortune of knowing her.
