The entire Mainzer family, as former next-door neighbors, was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Dr. Louis Rosenblum. He was kind, witty, and someone we will always remember fondly.

As one of the last of the generation of parents on Edgewood Lane in Winnetka in the 1960's and 70's, he represented the finest qualities of that generation — parents who gave selflessly to their children and helped create an idyllic childhood for so many on that street.

May his memory be a blessing.

I will spare you the platitudes, and just say that - as I hope and trust you already know - I liked, respected and loved your dad. I will always remember him as my favorite uncle. There is no doubt that he was Hal’s best friend and virtually only confidante throughout his life. I take more than a little comfort in imagining that they’ve now been reunited forever. Love, Mark

I will always remember and cherish my memories of Lea and Lou growing up in Sharon and at family occasions - we had so many meaningful times as a family that will live on forever . I also am thankful for my recent visit in March in which he was remarkably lucid despite his challenges as we talked about his love of his beautiful wife and family , Sharon , my Dad , and even AI . Mindy and I will always treasure our memories

The last of a great family. The contributions of the rosenblum family both in Sharon, pa., and Chicagoland would consume the rest of this page. I will always treasure my conversations with Leah and Lou. When I visited with them in Chicago, their hospitality to me was 5 stars. My thoughts to the family.
