Funeral Details

The entire Mainzer family, as former next-door neighbors, was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Dr. Louis Rosenblum. He was kind, witty, and someone we will always remember fondly.

As one of the last of the generation of parents on Edgewood Lane in Winnetka in the 1960's and 70's, he represented the finest qualities of that generation — parents who gave selflessly to their children and helped create an idyllic childhood for so many on that street.

May his memory be a blessing.

I also am thankful for my recent visit in March in which he was remarkably lucid despite his challenges as we talked about his love of his beautiful wife and family , Sharon , my Dad , and even AI .
