I met her in July 1962 at Illinois State (Normal)University at a summer program for 24 students from around Illinois and saw her again in Evanston a few years ago. While I did not know her well, I was impressed with what a nice person she was. I offer my sympathy to her family and friends.

Dear Katz/Dolgin Family,

I remember meeting Ricki around the time I used to babysit for Hannah and Allen. I remember her always being kind. I’m so sorry for your loss and may her memory be for a blessing.

Ricki was a fine person: intelligent, sensitive, considerate, well-spoken and seriously committed to environmental issues. She was part of a close and loving family. She left a positive mark in her world, the world all of us share.

David and I were so sorry to hear about your loss Betsy and Michael. Erica was an accomplished woman who led a meaningful and valuable life, dedicated to preserving our treasured planet. And Betsy, as you come from the same family, I’m sure she was a loving, caring and intelligent sister and friend. I’m sure you’ll miss her a great deal. God bless.

Although I didn’t know Erica, I have heard about her through Miriam at our writing group. I am so very sorry for your profound loss. I am sure it is so hard to imagine a world without your sister (family member) but she will forever be in your hearts. The world is never quite the same without some of its most accomplished, loved and inspired people - share her stories, memories and achievements whenever you can. Sending love and light to your family. May her memory be a blessing.
