Sue’s love and devotion to family will always be felt and carried forward from generation to generation. Her empathy, kindness, sensitivity, and compassion were self-evident and needed no words - they were what Sue was all about. We who knew and loved Sue were touched by an angel. She will be missed and loved forever!

Dear Becky, Jason & Aliza and Ron & Arlene and grandchildren,

I am devastated by the loss of your beloved Mother, Mother-in-law, grandmother, Sister and sister-in-law…and my very dear friend. I have known and loved Sue since we taught school in Wilmette starting right after Sue & Harry got married in 1976. We have laughed together, shared good times and challenging times as well. We shared fun stories about our grandchildren and played mahj together. I also was fortunate to know Sue’s parents and to buy things from her sweet Dad.

I prayed she would beat this last challenge but clearly, Hashem (G-d) had another plan. I 🙏that all the good memories and times you had together will give you strength and much needed comfort now and into the future.

I will Always remember Sue, Harry and your grandparents. I feel blessed to have had Sue as my Very Special Good Friend for all these years. May she rest in peace.

I knew Sue as we lived in the same community. She was one of the first to introduce herself to me and my husband and share insights about our new home. She was a truly sweet lady and fun person with whom to share a great conversation, cup of coffee, and a sweet at our Sunday mornings coffee chat. I was very sad to find out about her passing. May her memory be a blessing. She will definitely be missed here.

Please accept our deepest condolences upon the loss of your Mother. Your Mother was a very special lady. I first meet her 55 years ago when Bob brought me to Chicago to met ‘the family’ before we got married. I loved her from the very first moment. She was kind, gentle, wise and caring. Your Father and Mother were always there for the family. One felt their love and understanding through the years.
Bob and I watched the funeral service on zoom. We thank you for arranging this. We felt that we were there with all of you. It was a meaningful and beautiful service. One that framed Sue’s life perfectly. We were touched by all the speeches that her family made. She was some woman!
We have made a donation to the Beth Emet Soup Kitchen in Sue’s memory. We pray that your memories of your lives together will be a source of comfort to you. May her name be for a blessing. May she rest in peace.
Love, Judith and Bob

There are not enough beautiful words to describe Susan. We were friends through Tupperware even though we worked out of different distributorships. She was always positive and extremely supportive of everyones accomplishments! The world has lost a beautiful human being and I am proud to have called you my friend. RIP Susan!

My Aunt, Susan was a big part of my life growing up. Fond memories of her babysitting for me and going on most of our family vacations. She always was fun, loving and supportive. We had a lot in common, especially playing the slots, going on cruises and our love for the Bears! Life was just better when she was around. I will miss her greatly, but she will always remain in my heart. ❤️
