Marvin has been a valued neighbor at our condominium community. He was always very pleasant, soft-spoken and very intelligent with a good sense of humor. I always enjoyed the many opportunities I had to speak with him. I feel indebted to him for the very important contributions he made as Treasurer of our Community Board. I find myself thinking about him a lot since he passed and I feel sad as I look across at his condo. He will certainly be missed.
