The handicapped accessible building has all public spaces, chapels, arrangement rooms and casket selection rooms on the main floor. There is a large skylight in the lobby, allowing natural light to stream in during the day. Ample parking is available and there are two entrances into the parking lot: one on Greenwood Street (North side) and one on Enfield Avenue (South Side).

The lobby is large, with high ceilings and a beautiful skylight. There is a fireplace for warmth in the winter but also adds to the d├ęcor in the summer. There is seating in the lobby, with a niche in each corner for guests to sign funeral register books. The parking lot provides ample space for both parked cars and a cemetery procession. An arrangement room with a large, family-style table creates a sense of comfort and connectedness.
