Beloved wife of Bertram "Budd" Oif. Loving mother of Janice (Tony) Bartczak, David (Maureen) Oif and Leslie Oif. Proud grandmother of Alex, Ian, Eleanor, Nate, Leo and Charlotte. Dear sister of Martha (Franklin) Mills. She will be dearly missed by many other extended family members and friends. She was actively involved in ORT America and rose to a National Officer position.
