OBITUARY

Michael Lawrence Rotman, 49, passed away Sunday morning peacefully at home surrounded by his family and friends. Born to Sidney Rotman and Eugenie Rotman Hayner (John). Mike was an avid Indy and Formula 1 fan, could tell the specs of a tire while it was driving down the highway, shared his youngest son’s passion for The Office, and was the kindest and most selfless husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. And he was a saint. Michael is survived by his wife of 26 years, Susie, sons Brandon (Cristina) and Ashton, sister Molly, brothers Matt (Ursula) and Marc (Staci) and numerous nieces and nephews, along with his familyship. As Mike would say “This is the big one” (That’s what she said). A memorial service will be held 2PM Tuesday, December 12th 2017 Chicago Jewish Funerals, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Rd. Buffalo Grove, IL 60089. Interment private. In lieu of shiva contributions, memorial donations may be made in his honor to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, 1500 Rosecrans Avenue, Suite 200 , Manhattan Beach, CA 902660, support.pancan.org/goto/MichaelRotman would be appreciated.
