Mitch was a really good man, and a great friend. I consider myself privileged for having gotten to know him. I will miss him, and poker will never be the same without him raising the bet unnecessarily to get rid of his green chips. I suppose I will always be left wondering what was the deal with him and the color green, especially since he loved the split pea soup at The Continental. Goodbye, my friend, have my stack of chips ready for me on the other side.

I will miss you deeply Mitchell as a dear friend, as a cub scout leader, and always helping me with my electrical snafu's through the years. Everytime I look up at the ceiling cans or look at cub scout pics, I will think of fond memories.

Mitch will be sorely missed. A quick story - about 5+ years ago, Mitch called and told me he and Bryan were quitting the group. Not only did we not let that happen, but we opened up the group to invite siblings and it has been a wonderful experience for all of us. Thanks to Mitch's leadership, our boys have learned many life skills, including how to play poker and not get taken at cards. I believe our boys are better because they met Mitch and were influenced by his sharp wit, dry humor, and very frank personality. We will use green chips in cards in his honor. Mitch Leeb will be missed by all of us.
