Billy my dear cousin, my brother, my family. I love you I miss you. I have a wonderful memory of walking in Central Park with you just this year in August. The sun was shining it was a beautiful day. We spoke of life its challenges, the nature around us how amazing it was to see billy at his best. The love shared that day I shall never forget. Billy you are an inspiration, a guide, a wonderful heart, and I will miss you so very much. I will remember you in the wind, the rain, the sun beating unto the earth. As i look into nature to see its beauty reminders of how life should truly be lived. Love you dearly my cousin, my other brother, my family and friend. Sincerely Larry Radloff

I met Bill through facebook hockey card groups. He instantly struck me as a sincere and true stand up guy. I could tell right away the type of person he was and I was right. I was blessed to have had the chance to be a part of his story in life. As sad sa it is that we all lost such a dear friend, it warms my heart just knowing how many people he touched in his short life. Rest easy my Brother....
