We met Vicki through our good friend Nort. Though we only knew her a short time, she left a lasting impression. We will remember her as a kind, smart and very strong woman. Our prayers go out to her family and friends.

Dear Dayna and Shaun, We send our love and sincere sympathy on the passing of your beloved Mother. We especially remember hearing from you, Dayna, what a gifted teacher she was and special person.

Vicki was pretty much the first person we met when we moved into Del Webb almost 4 years ago. We connected immediately! Unfortunately, at the time we heard about her husband Richard, who had passed away shortly before we moved in. She shared the story, and was certain that he and Jerry would have connected immediately. We are back door neighbors, and whenever anyone went away (Vicki more than us), we 'watched each others backs.' We shared in the joys of our children and grandchildren, with such pride. I must say that having gotten to know her daughters in these tough past few weeks, they are wonderful, and no wonder she kvelled. We shared our yards; in the afternoon it's too sunny in the summer by us, and she always welcomed us to her side. When the grandkids were over, our yard was always open to them, and her yard was open to our kids.
Vicki never complained, even a few days before she passed away, she asked us how our golf day was, and what went on at the last concert that we had at Del Webb lodge.
I always knew where she was. Her window opened in the back, and I knew that I could call her. Well - Vicki, we know where you are - you're with Richard! We'll always 'have your back'! Our friendship was short, but we are so grateful for having known you and your family. Enjoy your golf up there, I think all the holes are par 3s. Love you, love your family!
