My heart hurts for you and your family. Mindy could not wait to buy a little gift for my daughter when she was born. Anika is almost 15 and I still remember the beautiful cream-colored winter coat that Mindy bought for her. It stands out in my mind because it delighted her. She definitely had a soft spot for children. Before every Halloween, she always reminded me to bring the kids by. She would even make sure I knew when she was going to be home.

I am so so so sorry for your loss.
