I received this link early this morning in China and I couldn't think of what to write all day. I'm truly at a loss for words. The McClures have truly had to overcome a lot and are still strong, positive, happy and prosperous in every aspect of their lives. Renee was a great part of the reason for that. My prayers are with everyone at this time as they have for many years. Peace to you, my friends.

I knew Renee only through the PatientsLikeMe ALS forum. She was delightful, and an inspiration to many of us dealing with this disease. I'm very sad to hear of her passing. All who loved her are in my thoughts.

Renee and I were close friends in high school. I will always treasure the 2months we travelled together with my parents in 1969. She used a pic from that trip for her FB page. Renee was a strong, courageous person and my sympathies go out to whole family.
