Beloved husband for 31 years of Eileen. Brother of Helen. Brother-in-law of Michael (Carla) Small and Sharon Wacnik (David Ball). Loving uncle of Christian (Kristie) Small, Lauren (Clay) Del valle, Michele Meier, Brian (Whitney) Wacnik and Michael (Kristen) Small. Will be missed by 7 great nieces and nephews. Joel was a loving husband who always stood by Eileen’s side. Service Thursday, 12 PM at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 8851 Skokie Blvd (at Niles Center Road), Skokie. Interment private.
