I worked with Scott in Student Council for many years. We attended workshops, conventions and summer camp at Millikin in Decatur. We had such a good friendship and I adored him. I talked about him alot to my family and my youngest daughter referred to him as my "Chicago Boyfriend" He treated everyone with kindness and love and it is apparent in the influence he had on his students and fellow teachers. He will be greatly missed. Norma Walters

We knew Scott from his participation in Mended Hearts and from our ROMEO breakfasts. He was a special man who always was considerate of others and did all he could to help everyone. We need more people like Scott in this world. He will be missed.
