OBITUARY
Judith Ann Baskin nee Seeder, age 88. Beloved wife of Shale Baskin, who unfairly predeceased her six years ago. (She reminded us of this often.) Adored mother of four sons, Scott (Jill), Brad (Janie), Michael (Felicia), and Steve (Jill). "I never wanted girls" she used to say-and we chose to believe her. Proud grandmother of Jake, Isabel, Bree (Joel), Nathan, Rachel (Jack), Aaron and David. Great grandmother of Shale and Arden. Survived by her sister Nancy (late Andrew) Geller. Above all (and maybe for all), mom was a "mom." "It’s my life’s work" she once said. And so it was, to our everlasting gratitude. Memorial service Friday 11AM at Sinai Congregation, 15 W. Delaware Place, Chicago, IL 60610. Private interment at a later date.
