Mike Koress, age 88
Beloved husband for 57 years of Ruth nee Patterson. Loving father of Steven Koress and Brandon (Lauri) Koress. Proud grandfather of Cody, Carly and Justin. and adopted grandfather of Alexandra and Mimi. Dear brother of Ida Koress, Goldie (Lou) Steinberg and the late Hyman Koress. He was a patriot and served in the United States Army, 25th infantry quartermaster in Korea and was honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant. He was also a proud Mason and Shriner. Service Sunday 2:30PM at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 8851 Skokie Blvd., Skokie. Interment Memorial Park.
