I am deeply sorry for your loss. I had the privilege of working with Dr. Greene for the past 11 years in the recovery room. I had the utmost respect for him. Dr. Greene cared deeply about his work, his patients and his colleagues. He was a man and physician of the highest integrity. His passing leaves a void that cannot be easily filled.
