Eva Shane, nee Cohn, age 87

Beloved wife of the late Robert. Loving mother of Jacqueline Shane and Catherine Shane. Eva was an avid artist, lover of nature and all animals and a Holocaust survivor who spoke extensively about her personal experiences at schools. Memorial service Sunday 4PM at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 8851 Skokie Blvd (at Niles Center Road), Skokie. Eva was the 1st person to welcome me at the Alliance Française du North Shore we immediately hit it off by our love or art. She was creative and wanted to share this with me. Iwas privilege to have her show me her fashion drawings.
She always had a welcome smile and showed genuine concern for my life.
I will miss her, her smile and loveliness
