Very sorry for your loss, Kamikow Family. I knew Norman when I worked with him as his assistant at Penthouse (for 6.5 years) and then when he started his own company, Kamikow & Co. (for 2.5 years). I remember the day when I had to let him know that I was leaving Kamikow and Co. for another position (I was nervous). He was sort of relieved as he was planning to move Kamikow & Co. from downtown Chicago to Arlington Heights (he knew that I would not drive to Arlington Heights every day) and he was "afraid" to tell me. While we stayed in contact for a while, we eventually lost contact. He did, though, always made sure that when he met any one from Parade to tell them that he said hi. Norm had a positive impact on me and I am thankful that our paths crossed -- even if it was just for a short while.
