Lili was a good friend. Many years ago she worked for me and although we do not live close we stayed in touch talking frequently and visiting when I came to Chicago. She was probably the most loyal person who ever worked for me. She was as good-hearted as she was tenacious. With Lili, no matter what her problems she always had time and empathy for yours. I used to love hearing her count in three or four languages. That always blew me away. Lili was a great lady. I loved her dearly and shall miss her a lot. My she rest in peace.

Lili worked with us as a manager of one our restaurant locations in Miami. We were very disappointed when family issues required her to return to Chicago. We kept in touch and would occasionally see her during my trips for the Restaurant show. She also made the best spanakopita I have ever tasted... She was a beautiful person and the world is a better place because of her.
